Friends List Edit The Friends Edit screen allows adding and deleting entries in the Friends list.  The friends list can store either email addresses or domains that SpamX will always pass through to the email client when Use Friends is ON.  Use Friends can be turned on and off in the Friends Edit screen and also in the Configuration screen.  The Friends list is entirely independent of the email clients Address Book so that your Address Book need not be cluttered with addresses from some "business" mailing addresses you would never mail to but still wish to receive email from.  The Friends List can be preloaded from an exported Address Book from any email client.  Addresses can also be added to the Friends List directly from the Check Spam utility. USAGE NOTE: Addresses in the Friends list override ALL OTHER SETTINGS for mail received from that address. Domains in the Friends list override settings for an entire domain.  Only enter domains into the friends list if you are sure mail from ALL addresses at that domain will NOT be spam.  Because of their global nature, Domains may only be put in the Friends file manually using Add or by using the Friends Import utility. Item Description Remove Remove the selected list entry. Show Limit the list display to the entry in the corresponding field. Available choices are "Contains" and "Starts With" the text in the field. Press the Enter or Return key when finished typing into the field to activate the criteria. Add Add the entry in the "Add friend" field to the list. Use Friends Friends is ON if selected. Mirrors the main Config option. OK Save any changes and exit. Cancel That would be the "I changed my mind" button. Import Access the Friends Import utility.
